This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and binding part of the Terms & Conditions of Verto Exports. By placing an order or availing any service, the User (“You”, “Your”) expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

All orders placed on Verto Exports are confirmed within 48 hours of order placement.
Once stitching, customization, or processing has commenced, the order becomes ineligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Order status updates shall be communicated via WhatsApp and/or SMS at the following stages:
- Order Confirmed
- In Processing
- Shipped

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation is permitted only within 48 hours from the time of order placement.
Cancellation requests raised after 48 hours shall not be accepted.
Once stitching, customization, alteration, or processing has started, cancellation is strictly prohibited.
Stitched, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable without exception.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange requests are allowed only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and quality inspection.
Any price difference during exchange shall be borne entirely by the User.

4. RETURN POLICY

Return requests are permitted only within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
Sale items, discounted products, customized, stitched, or altered items are non-returnable.
Products failing quality inspection shall be rejected and returned back to the User.

5. REFUND POLICY & TIMELINE

Refunds are initiated only after successful quality check approval.
Refund initiation timeline is 5–7 working days from approval.
Credit to bank account or original payment method depends on bank or payment gateway timelines.
Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. FINAL AUTHORITY

Verto Exports reserves the sole and final authority to determine eligibility for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
Any misuse or abuse of this Policy may result in denial of future service.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie solely within India.

All risks related to third-party gateways are borne by the User.

7. COMMUNICATION & AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

User consents to:

Automated emails
SMS, WhatsApp, IVR calls
AI-driven personalization

Consent is irrevocable for transactional communication.

8. COOKIES, TRACKERS & PROFILING

User explicitly agrees to:

Behavioral profiling
Interest-based advertising
Retargeting pixels

Disabling cookies limits functionality.

9. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE (CONTROLLED BUT BROAD)

Verto Exports may share data with:

Technology partners
Government authorities

User waives objection to such transfers.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (PERPETUAL LICENSE)

User grants Verto Exports :

Worldwide
Perpetual
Irrevocable
Royalty-free license to use submitted content.

11. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Data retained as long as:
- Business requires
- Law permits
Deletion requests may be denied if legally necessary.

12. SECURITY DISCLAIMER

Verto Exports employs reasonable safeguards. User accepts inherent internet risks.

13. WAIVER, INDEMNITY & LIMITATION

User agrees to waive claims, indemnify Verto Exports, and accept liability limitations.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Verto Exports shall not be liable for events beyond control.

15. GOVERNING LAW

Indian law applies exclusively. Jurisdiction: India only.

16. FINAL & BINDING NATURE

This Policy supersedes all prior understandings.
